Star Trek: Discovery is a sci-fi TV show airing on CBS All Access. The show was released on September 19, 2017, and has been airing ever since. As the first season of the Star Trek series turned out to be a success, producers signed up for a second one. The channel aired the Star Trek: Discovery Season 2 as well. Storyline
We can figure out where the storyline of the upcoming season is heading to. By looking at the previous events in season 2 we see the spaceship flying into the future —however, the journey into the future is unknown. The space team travels 900 years in the future, but that is not the final destination.
In Star Trek: Discovery Season 2, the team starts investigating some events. However, the team then decides to travel past the events of Star Trek. So why not 900 years in the future? The journey is full of mystery.
