Samsung Galaxy S11 Series Would Come In 5 Different Models

Samsung has been hard at work in recent months, and one of the projects developed by the company is the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 range. The company has some ambitious as it plans to release five different versions, with at least two of them offering support for 5G.

Size matters

According to some of the most recent leaks, three sizes will be offered, and they will be similar to the Samsung Galaxy S10e, the standard S10, and the mighty S10+. At his point, it is not mentioned if the current naming scheme will be completed.

The size of the devices will be quite impressive as the smallest one will feature a screen diagonal of 6.4-inch. A 6.7-inch and a 6.9-inch version will offer more screen space, and all the panels will be curved. Fans of the compact S10e may be disappointed by the design shift.

5G support for Samsung Galaxy S11 models

It is thought that two versions of the S11e and S11 will be available, one with 5G and one without 5G. Those who opt for the S11+ will get 5G connectivity, but it is not clear how it will be implemented within the range.

Advanced cameras

Besides 5G support, the new Samsung devices will sport new camera tricks. One source claims that the S11 could offer up to x5 optical zoom, a feat that is possible thanks to the impressive 108MP primary sensor, which was designed by Samsung and Xiaomi.

Fresh firmware

The firmware for the new batch of devices is already in development, and the One UI 2.1 will be pre-loaded. An eagle-eyed source claims that Samsung is working on a version of the firmware for an unknown device that is known under the moniker of SM-G986B. As in the case of most internet rumors, it is essential to take this information with a grain of salt. An official announcement on Samsung Galaxy S11 will arrive in the following months.
