Minecraft 1.95 PS4 Update Rolled Out With Improvements And Bug Fixes

Minecraft is still one of the most popular games in the world, even though its popularity decreased a little over time. First, Minecraft launched for Windows, Android, and iOS, and during the last eight years, the game also rolled out on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo Wii U, 3DS, and Nintendo Switch. In this article, we’ll talk about Minecraft 1.95 PS4 update, which came out with improvements and bug fixes.

Minecraft is more than a simple video game

Minecraft has always sold better than other games out there. However, in May this year, Minecraft surpassed 176 million copies sold, and it became the best-selling video game in gaming history. Accordingly, it outsold other huge titles, such as Super Mario Bros. and Tetris.

While Minecraft was already trendy among players, Mojang, the devs behind the game, decided that’s not enough. They released a series of spin-offs, to attract even more players. Among them we have Minecraft: Story Mode. Also, the other two spin-offs, Minecraft: Dungeons and Minecraft Earth (a Minecraft-based AR game) are going to launch soon.

Minecraft has drawn the attention of documentary producers, too. In 2012, Minecraft: The Story of Mojang documentary movie on how Mojang created the game launched. Besides, Minecraft became an educational game, and many studies on it concluded that children that play the game develop many skills.
