PlayStation Plus regularly brings free-to-play titles for gamers to enjoy, and it’s time to check out the roster for September. Those who are members of the famous gaming service can download and play two exciting games starting the 1st of September: the insanely-popular PUBG and Street Fighter V. You are even free to keep playing them as long as you remain a member of the PlayStation Plus service.
PUBG (Player’s Unknown Battlegrounds) is the title that made popular the battle-royale genre for gaming, and there are also plenty of other games nowadays that qualify for that category: Fortnite, Cuisine Royale, Call of Duty: Warzone, Hyper Scape, Apex Legends, and so on. However, PUBG is arguably the most realistic one!
PUBG still rocks
There are currently 200 million players worldwide that enjoy PUBG, and that speaks for itself about how great the game is. In this beloved game, 100 players arrive at a desolated island, and they have to hunt down each other in order for just one to remain the last man standing. Each player will have to take full advantage of anything he finds on the open-world island: machine guns, sniper rifles, grenades, and more.
Even though the system requirements for those willing to play PUBG on a PC are a little high for some people, it’s worth knowing that a Lite version of the game is also up for grabs. PUBG Lite features pretty much all the gameplay of the original version, only that it requires less powerful hardware. The installment requires only 4GB of storage space on your hard drive, and you’ll also need a minimum of 4GB of RAM, an Intel Core i3-530 processor, and an Intel HD 4000 graphics card or something similar.
The main version of PUBG is also playable on PS4 and Xbox One, not to mention that the availability for the next-generation consoles is on its way.
