Cyberpunk 2077’s Release Date for Google Stadia Delights The Fans

If you’re also among the numerous gamers willing to get their hands on one of the most awaited games for PlayStation 5, you have one more reason to be happy. The official Twitter account of Cyberpunk 2077 just revealed the release date of the title for Google Stadia users, and it’s scheduled on the same day when the upcoming blockbuster title also arrives for PC and consoles.

Cyberpunk 2077 is CD Projekt Red’s next sci-fi RPG, one that embarks the player into the futuristic world of Night City. Despite the huge technological progress, crime, corruption, and thugs are ruling the streets in this game, and the player’s mission is to find a way to adapt.

Cyberpunk 2077 comes to Stadia on November 19

Cyberpunk 2077 also arrives on November 19 for all the other platforms, including the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

System requirements

For those who can be satisfied with running the game at minimum settings, they won’t need such an impressive gaming gear. The needed storage space is arguably the most demanding part. Behold the minimum system requirements:

  • Operating System: 64-Bit Windows 7 or 64-Bit 10
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon RX 470
  • Storage space: 70 GB

Things start to heat up a little when it comes to the recommended configuration:

  • Operating System: 64-Bit Windows 10
  • DirectX Version: DirectX 12
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
  • Storage space: 70 GB SSD

For a game that’s coming to the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the availability for PC’s that are still running Windows 7 is shocking. However, this is not necessarily a bad thing, as Windows 7 is a more reliable operating system than Windows 10. This is ironic, considering that Windows 7 is officially dead since January.
