Angry Birds Friends 8.0.1 Launched With a New Tournament, Content, and More

We have all heard of Angry Birds. There’s also an animated movie, and the franchise is top-rated. Rovio Entertainment created the video game franchise. The series is basically multi-colored birds that try to save their eggs from green pigs, which are their enemies. The style is comical, the gameplay is smooth and captivating, and the price is low. There are also many spin-offs – many versions made for video game consoles and PCs.

Angry Birds is more than a game

There is also merchandise, a TV animated series, and two movies: The Angry Birds Movie and The Angry Birds Movie 2. In January 2014, Angry Birds 1 had two billion downloads on all platforms. In July 2015, more than three billion times, which made the game the most downloaded freemium game series of all time. Angry Birds 2 was released back on the 30th of July, 2015.

The first game from the series was released for iOS in December 2009. The story behind the pigs is incredible: the staff decided to use pigs as the enemies of the birds due to the swine flu epidemic that took place at that time. The game is available for Symbian, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and PCs.

They enabled Additional Physics for the fantastic tournament. They also optimized memory usage for better performance, and they even fixed various bugs and made improvements.
